Today sees the publication of Book Seven. I know! I can hardly believe it myself. How on earth did that happen?
New Doctor at Chestnut House is now on sale for just 99p. It’s set in the pretty village of Bramblewick on the North Yorkshire Moors – not too far from both Hasedale (Resisting Mr Rochester) and Kearton Bay (er, Kearton Bay series 🙂 ). My lovely little market town of Helmston, which is based on the real-life picturesque town of Helmsley, also features.
This story is a Fabrian Books’ Feel-Good novel, and was previously published by DC Thomson as a People’s Friend pocket novel, Surrender to Love, but I’ve tweaked it a bit because I decided that Bramblewick would be a great setting for a new series of stories set in and around a GP practice, and, with that in mind, I had to alter a few things to set up future books. I’m hoping the next Bramblewick novel will be out in time for Christmas, so watch this space.
I hope you enjoy your trip to the beautiful Yorkshire Moors, and I hope you love Connor, the new doctor in question, as much as I do.
Have a great week!
